Deleting your Dungeon Paper Account
If you want to completely remove any of your data associated with Dungeon Paper, please follow the steps below.
- Open the app on your mobile device or web browser
- Make sure you are logged in to your account
- Click on the top-right avatar of your account, to open the user menu.
- Tap your account details row to open the account information view.
- Tap “Delete my account” and follow the instructions displayed to you.
Deletion Policy
- Deletion is done manually at this time, and will be completed as promptly as possible.
- We will reply to you via the email associated with your account, to let you know your information has been entirely deleted.
- Account deletion will take no more than 30 business days. Typically it should take less than 1 week, but please allow for any special circumstances to possibly give some delay, as this process is not automated.
- All your information will be deleted completely. That includes:
- User information (name, email, personal photo)
- Any created content (characters, classes, moves, etc.)
- Any uploaded files (such as profile picture, or character photos)
- Once submitting a deletion request, you may change your mind until the deletion is completed.
- Once it is completed, there will be no way to bring your data back, except by providing a previous backup that contains app data. This will not include your user information or your uploaded files, only your created content.
