What’s this app?

Dungeon Paper is an app that’s designed to replace the good-ol’ pen and paper combo for roleplaying Dungeon World.

Developer’s note

My name is Chen Asraf, and I’m the developer of the app (not to be confused with Dungeon World, the tabletop RPG ruleset).

I made it as a hobbyist app, to try and help accommodate to the mobile devices age, allowing players (more specifically myself and my group, but eventually - veterans and newcomers alike) to let themselves forget about having to remember taking the character sheet to the session, or sometimes lose pages, have to quickly jot stuff and make mistakes, etc. Now you have it all in the app, on your phone that you take anyway.

And while we’re at it, why not use it on a tablet as well, right? I know a lot of players like to take their iPads as a notebook, so the app can easily help everyone get quickly streamlined in the game.

Help the app

I always welcome feedback and contributions, why not check out our Discord, Twitter or Facebook and join the conversation?

Code contributions are also great, Dungeon Paper is open source so please take a look at the GitHub page!

The app works for both Android and iOS, thanks to the wonderful framework called Flutter, written using the Dart language.

So what’s Dungeon World?

Dungeon World is a fantasy tabletop roleplaying game created by Sage LaTorra and Adam Koebel, and it uses the Powered by the Apocalypse system to build upon.

If you’ve ever heard of D&D, well, it’s like that, but much accessible, and more creatively enabling to players and GMs (at least, in my opinion).

If you have never played Dungeon World, why don’t you gather some friends and try a 1-shot? And use the app while you’re at it!
